I make things. Often, I go about my life noting all sorts of different things down, filing them away into my head to be pulled out later when I think it's appropriate. Sometimes, these things help pay the bills. Most of the time, they're just things I do for fun.
I got pretty academic for a few years—at least in theory. While my work is mostly banal—doing laundry and filing taxes and such—my playtime has often focused on challenging established practices in design and exploring means of sharing ideas through unconventional means.
Before graduate school, I was a full-time Canadian.
